Evelyn Thauvette Obituary

Evelyn M. Thauvette, 89, a resident of Iroquois Nursing Home, Jamesville, NY, formerly of Massena, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2019. She was born on December 30, 1929 in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada to the late Alfred and Philomene (Julien) Blanchard. Evelyn married Rolland E. Thauvette on October 10, 1953 in Cornwall, Ontario; Mr. Thauvette passed away on June, 15, 2015.

Evelyn is survived by one son, Claude and Deb Groff; four grandchildren: Kari, Ryan, Christine, and Matthew, six great-grandchildren: Jake, Ben, Trent, Vera, Bruce, and Evan.

A graveside service will be held in the spring at Hillside Cemetery, Central Square, NY.
